There has been a lot of negative press lately about mineral water. Both of the companies that we use, Hildon from Hampshire, and Antipodes from Whakatane in New Zealand, are Carbon Neutral. Their policies are that their carbon footprint be non-existent, which means that they are not contributing to Global Warming. And they are employing people which we think is positive. We always have London tap water to hand so if you’d prefer to have this please don’t hesitate to ask.

  Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec
A truly wonderful and graceful vintage. All one can ever ask for in a great Bordeaux style wine, very earthy, rather like fossicking around on the forest floor and reveling in the glory of it all. There is a sweetness that runs through this wine from beginning to the end that makes you want to rejoice a wonderful creation
