The Providores is run on a day to day basis by co-owners, and partners, Peter Gordon and Michael McGrath. They have combined their individual skills to create a unique dining experience in the heart of London’s Marylebone Village - the union of an award winning fine dining restaurant, and an all-day wine bar / cafe with one of the best breakfast offerings in London, serving some of London’s finest coffee. The ever changing menus are driven by creativity, innovation and the use of prime produce from within the UK and abroad. The constantly evolving wine list, including our Wine of the Month promotion, offers Britain’s largest selection of premium New Zealand wines while our service has been described as some of the friendliest and most informed in the city.
Peter and Michael work full time in the restaurant supported by a wonderful
team including head chef Miles Kirby and sous-chef Cristian Hossack, who alongside
Peter maintain the restaurant’s high culinary standards as well as developing
tasty new dishes. Our manager Sophie Uddin, assistant manager Tracy Te Anini
and bar manager Jessica Peden work with Michael to ensure our customers enjoy
the very best of dining experiences.
