Our sister restaurant Kopapa is located on Monmouth Street in Covent Garden's theatre and shopping district on Seven Dials. Like The Providores and Tapa Room, it's open seven days a week from breakfast through to dinner. Kopapa also offers exciting pre and post-theatre dining menus.

Featured Wine of the Month
There are 10 major wine regions in New Zealand. Each boasts an enormous diversity in climate, terrain and therefore wine style. As a tribute to each of these regions, this month we selected two wines to feature in our 'by the glass' programme, allowing you the opportunity to try some of our most heralded and rarest treasures.
Providores Head Chef, Cristian Hossack, will guide you through his personal favourites from the last two years, allowing us insight into six of his unique flavour, food and wine combinations.
Not only will this evening give you the opportunity to sample seven remarkable New Zealand vineyards plus The Providores’ on-going, innovative cuisine – it’s a great chance to farewell winter and welcome spring.

Who's Cooking Dinner? 5th March
Peter Gordon co-founded the culinary fundraising event ‘Who’s cooking Dinner?’ in 1999 with fellow restaurateur Chris Corban. This extraordinary event is held annually to raise funds for research at Hammersmith Hospital into more effective methods of treating leukaemia and other blood cancers. So far the event has raised almost £4 million.
In the first weeks of March every year, 20 of London’s best chefs come together in one kitchen to cook dinner for 20 tables of ten guests. This year it will again be held at The Four Seasons Hotel at Hyde Park Corner. Peter and Cristian Hossack, The Providores Head Chef, have collaborated on a delicious four-course menu with matching New Zealand wines from Man O’War, Waitaki Braids, Craggy Range, Seifried vineyards. One highlight amongst many during the evening is the ‘table draw’ when the chefs themselves pull table host names from a hat. It’s only at this point that each table knows which chef will be cooking their dinner.
