"Peter Gordon eventually offered me a job in The Providores kitchen in 2006 after I had pursued him for many years.
After slowly making my transition to Front of House, and developing my passion for New Zealand wine, I took up the position of Bar Manager in October 2009. I work in partnership with Peter on sourcing and building our forever-evolving New Zealand wine list, and I'm delighted that he and Michael have also given me the opportunity to programme and run our monthly Winemakers Dinners."
Favourite dish on the menu:
Edamame, girolle, mascarpone and tamari risotto with crispy shallots and wasabi crème fraiche (currently on The Tapa Room All Day menu).
