15th Anniversary alumni dinner

Peter Gordon and Michael McGrath’s famed fusion restaurant, The Providores and Tapa Room, celebrates its 15th Anniversary with an impressive alumni dinner this June 29th. The kitchens of this Marylebone staple have employed some phenomenal talent since they opened in 2001, and their anniversary is an opportunity to bring some of the best of them under one roof for a one-off sharing feast. Alongside Gordon, Selin Kazim (Head Chef, Oklava); Miles Kirby (Co-owner, Caravan) Brad Farmerie (flying in from his Michelin-starred restaurant PUBLIC in New York); Anna Hansen (co-founder of The Providores and Tapa Room and now The Modern Pantry); Hamish Brown (Exec Chef of the Roka group); Paul Melville (current Senior Sous, The Providores); Karl Calvert (freelance Chef) will each cook a course inspired by their time in the kitchen with Peter Gordon.

Our sister restaurant, Kopapa, has now closed following a very successful 5 1/2 years trading. “Kopapa has been a great restaurant and we’ve been lucky to enjoy commercial and critical success there since we opened, but lots of other exciting projects have progressed quickly and therefore myself and the management team have made this decision.
